5. Datazoic's Role as a Data Processor

When customers submit Customer Data to Prism, Datazoic acts as a data processor/service provider and processes such data solely on behalf of and under the instructions of the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring their collection and submission of personal data complies with applicable law.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers/Sub processors: trusted third parties providing hosting, security, analytics, and support services.
  • Corporate Transactions: in case of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Legal Compliance: where required to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
  • Protection of Rights: where reasonably necessary to protect Datazoic’s rights, safety, or property, or that of others.

Customers acknowledge that Datazoic does not hold other certifications (e.g., ISO/IEC, FedRAMP) unless explicitly stated in writing.

Personal information may be stored and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our sub processors operate. Where applicable, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure lawful transfers.
